Abstract

The present paper intend to weave a comparative analysis of the relationship between the sectorial organization of the Public Administration and its performance considering the fundamental rights built over time. For the adequate framing of the present article, it is sought to emphasize the importance of the structure, organization and action of the Public Administration in the realization of fundamental rights, since the legitimate exercise of these rights consolidates a democratic Administration.
