Soberania digital: legitimidade e eficácia da aplicação da lei na internet

Resumo


Como garantir, de forma legítima, o efetivo cumprimento de leis e decisões judiciais no ambiente digital? Partindo dessa questão e da análise de casos recentes na jurisprudência internacional, o artigo apresenta critérios de legitimidade que possam orientar o processo de tomada de decisão e conferir um grau mínimo de previsibilidade e objetividade à atuação reguladora das autoridades estatais no âmbito da internet.
