Open Access Policies

The Revista Brasileira de Direito, Open Access e no charge for APC, with the intention of impacting nationally and internationally, publishes in the languages of its region (Portuguese, Spanish) and in languages of international relevance (English, French, Italian, among others). In this way, it aggregates and reaches varied audiences, collaborating so that research of great relevance is also accessible to the public without access to a vast knowledge of English.

If possible, the journal publishes studies in more than one version, as in Spanish and English.
