Abstract

This article highlights the importance of studies on economic theories, gathered in the respective lines of thought, is linked to the understanding of the science of economics itself and to the complementary understanding of applied social sciences. We have the evolution of these theories, which provides a knowledge base that allows the analysis of market characteristics and behaviors, linked to human needs and the systemic sets of microeconomics and macroeconomics. Especially, with an emphasis on the Chicago and Austrian Economic Schools.

    Graduado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba (1996), Mestre em Direito Social e Econômico pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2003), Doutor em Direito Econômico e Socioambiental pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2009) e Pós-Doutorando em Direito junto ao Setor de Ciências Jurídicas da Universidade Federal do Paraná (iniciado em 2015). Atualmente é professor do Programa de Mestrado em Direito do Centro Universitário Curitiba - UniCuritiba, também de Direito Empresarial e de Direito do Consumidor da Faculdade de Direito do Centro Universitário Curitiba - UniCuritiba -, de Direito Empresarial junto ao Centro de Estudos Jurídicos do Paraná e junto à Escola da Magistratura Federal do Paraná, além de coordenador do Curso de Pós-Graduação em Direito Empresarial do Centro Universitário Curitiba - UniCuritiba - e advogado. Tem experiência na área de Direito Empresarial.

BA from Davidson College, MA from Indiana University, PhD from the University of North Carolina, all in political science, and holds a JD in law from Georgia State University.
