Abstract

O presente trabalho busca a análise da temática do filicídio sob a ótica transdisciplinar, visando à identificação dos casos, os motivos e a forma mais frequentemente utilizada pelos pais filicidas. Também são alvos desta discussão a relação existente entre a inimputabilidade e o filicídio, os transtornos mentais mais recorrentes e a forma de prevenção, todos igualmente enfocados sob forma transdisciplinar.
