Capacidade Absortiva e Ecossistema de Inovação: Um Estudo Bibliométrico

Resumo


As constantes mudanças do ambiente de negócios têm mobilizado pesquisadores a investigarem fatores que levam as empresas a inovarem e alcançarem níveis superiores de desempenho. Nesse contexto, a capacidade absortiva e os ecossistemas de inovação têm sido apontados como elementos propulsores deste processo. O objetivo deste artigo é mapear o perfil da pesquisa científica sobre capacidade absortiva e ecossistema de inovação. Foram coletados dados da base Web of Science do período entre 2010 até 2021. Ao refinar a análise, foram mantidas 38 referências na análise fatorial exploratória e posterior construção da rede. A técnica metodológica empregada foi a bibliometria, pela análise de cocitações. Para executar a cocitação, foram utilizadas as referências dos 68 artigos encontrados totalizando 7.101 cocitações. Foram mantidas as comunalidades e cargas fatorais superiores a 0,5, e, em seguida, as cargas cruzadas foram excluídas. Os resultados permitiram observar que os três fatores de maior representatividade para o tema são: 1) formado por estudos sobre inovação aberta, relacionado principalmente com a necessidade de reconceituação, sendo observados estudos relacionados às teorias de gestão e do conhecimento; 2) formado por estudos cujo foco é o conhecimento e a capacidade absortiva, elementos importantes para o processo de inovação e vantagem competitiva; 3) formado por estudos que consideram as relações interorganizacionais e a colaboração com o objetivo de obter resultados de inovação mais duradouros e a manutenção de vantagem competitiva sustentável. Desta forma, pretende-se contribuir para a literatura, ao tornar evidentes os principais autores e estudos relacionados ao tema.
