Vocational Guidance in Adolescente Aprendiz Program in a NGO in Porto Alegre

Resumen

This paper aim to describe the process of vocational guidance in leaving groups conducted by the psychology team on the end of the contract in the program Adolescente Aprendiz of a NGO localized in Porto Alegre City. We can observe the importance of this practice in the program as a way to help young people to choose the path that will follow in his career choice after leaving the institution.
