Antecedentes da Satisfação Discente no Uso do Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem durante a Pandemia de Covid-19

Resumo


O estudo tem por objetivo analisar quais os fatores comportamentais (autoeficácia, prazer e ansiedade) dos discentes são antecedentes da satisfação do uso do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) para o ensino remoto, em um curso de graduação em Administração de uma instituição de ensino superior (IES) federal do sul do Brasil, em tempos de pandemia. A amostra contemplou 89 discentes. As hipóteses do estudo foram testadas via modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados demonstram que independente do gênero ou idade dos discentes, a autoeficácia e o prazer estão associados positiva e significativamente com a satisfação no uso do AVA. Por sua vez, a ansiedade no uso de aparatos tecnológicos não demonstra estar associada significativamente com a satisfação no uso do AVA dos discentes. Os achados podem fornecer contribuições para a literatura da aprendizagem no ensino superior em tempos de pandemia de Covid-19, para o uso de uma tecnologia da informação e comunicação no ensino superior da área de negócios, assim como para a discussão de antecedentes da satisfação no uso de recursos tecnológicos. O estudo proporciona contribuições para a prática, por meio de insights aos docentes, discentes e demais agentes envolvidos.
