Trastornos de Ansiedad y Factores de Riesgo de Suicidio: Una Revisión Sistemática
Resumen
Este constructo presenta y discute factores de riesgo (FR) personales, ambientales y fisiológicos para la ideación, intento o consumación suicida en cada uno de los siete trastornos de ansiedad (DE) presentes en el Manual de Diagnóstico Estadístico de los Trastornos Mentales (DSM-5). Se trata de una revisión sistemática de producciones compuesta por estudios empíricos, transversales o de prevalencia; estudios de cohortes prospectivos o retrospectivos; ensayos clínicos aleatorizados. La búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos: Pubmed, Cochrane Library y American Psychological Association, donde se encontraron 1 487 estudios. Después de la selección por criterios de elegibilidad, hubo 24 estudios que contenían un total de 2.402 casos de DE, que conforman la base de datos de esta revisión. La FR y el resultado de ideación suicida, intento o consumación se encontraron para los trastornos de pánico, agorafobia, ansiedad social, ansiedad generalizada y fobia específica. Estos datos pueden ampliar la comprensión teórica y la producción técnica de los diversos enfoques dentro de las ciencias de la salud y así contribuir a la construcción y mejora de los procedimientos y protocolos clínicos dirigidos al tratamiento de individuos con disfunción eréctil y prevención del suicidio.
