Con Grandes Poderes Ven ... ¿Qué? Super-Heroes, Agresividad y Pró-Sociabilidad en Adolescentes

Resumen


Los superhéroes son parte de la cultura contemporánea, teniendo muy destaque, especialmente con adolescentes. En ese sentido, comprender la influencia de ese tipo de personaje es necesario para el contexto social y educativo. Así, el objetivo de este estudio fue comprender las relaciones entre el contacto con superhéroes, la agresividad y la pro-sociabilidad, considerando el impacto de la personalidad y del género de los participantes. Participaron 240 estudiantes de una escuela pública de entre 12 y 18 años, que respondieron los siguientes instrumentos: Escala de Contacto con Superhéroes, Cuestionario de Agresión, Escala de Pro-sociabilidad, Big Five Inventory-10 y preguntas sociodemográficas. Se utilizaron análisis factoriales, análisis descriptivos, correlaciones bivariadas y parcial y regresión lineal múltiple para analizar las informaciones. Los resultados indicaron diferencias en la relación de los constructos en respondedores del género femenino (el contacto con superhéroes se asoció positivamente a la pro-sociabilidad) y masculino (el contacto se asoció negativamente a la pro-sociabilidad y positivamente la ira), no se observan relaciones de predicción en ninguno de los casos. Así, pueden proponerse posibilidades para la concepción de intervenciones que utilicen superhéroes para discutir lo que lleva a alguien a ser agresivo o prosocial.
