Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental das Compras Compulsivas: Uma Revisão de Literatura
Resumen
O comprar compulsivo pode ser caracterizado por preocupações mal-adaptativas em relação às compras e incapacidade de resistir ao desejo de comprar. Dada a prevalência desta patologia, justificasse a relevância de estudos que busquem investigar seu tratamento e, tendo em vista as características desta, torna-se coerente a escolha pela abordagem cognitivo-comportamental. Portanto, buscou-se neste estudo, explorar pesquisas empíricas publicadas sobre a terapia cognitivo-comportamental das compras compulsivas, realizando um levantamento das intervenções que utilizaram esta abordagem para tratamento. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de literatura realizada nas bases de dados Medline, PsycINFO, SciELO e Lilacs, dos artigos publicados nos últimos dez anos (2005-2015), na qual fruam utilizados os descritores:“compulsive buying and cognitive behavioral therapy” e “oniomania and cognitive behavioral therapy”. No total foram encontrados 43 artigos, e foram analisados apenas os que traziam resultados de ensaios clínicos em grupo e individuais, totalizando 9 artigos. Conclui-se que, considerando a elevada incidência deste transtorno, a literatura sobre o assunto ainda é escassa e todos os artigos apresentam intervenções com resultados satisfatórios. Apresentamos as principais técnicas utilizadas e, a partir delas, sugerem-se novas intervenções relacionadas à terapia cognitivo-comportamental.
