Antecedentes do Desempenho Relacional: Comunicação Interorganizacional e Aprendizagem

Resumo


O objetivo deste estudo consiste em examinar a influência da comunicação interorganizacional e da aprendizagem no desempenho da relação entre cooperativas agropecuárias e fornecedores. Realizou-se pesquisa de levantamento com boundary spanners de nível corporativo de cooperativas agropecuárias. Um questionário foi enviado via plataforma Google Forms aos 252 boundary spanners que aceitaram o convite e a amostra final totalizou 95 respostas válidas. Para testar as hipóteses da pesquisa, aplicou-se a técnica de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais estimada por meio dos Mínimos Quadrados Parciais. Os resultados evidenciaram que a comunicação interorganizacional influencia positivamente o desempenho da relação. A comunicação interorganizacional também apresentou influência positiva na aprendizagem, que por sua vez, apresentou influência positiva no desempenho da relação. Ademais, a aprendizagem apresentou papel mediador positivo entre a comunicação interorganizacional e o desempenho da relação. Esses resultados elucidam a pertinência de elementos como a comunicação interorganizacional e aprendizagem para os relacionamentos interorganizacionais entre as cooperativas e seus fornecedores.
