Organizational change’s Implications in architectural design teams structure from Building area

Abstract

Nowadays, digitization is the most important change factor for the building field and for society. Thereby, integrated digital information infrastructure development to building field goes beyond of design a traditional project. What does organizational implications have the architectural design teams changes in the Building area? The article aim is to analyse the organizational change in the architectural roles of design teams of contemporary building companies because of the automation. The result was to detection that building traditional organizations accumulate information and therefore the roles members of architectural design team are directed to document the process. Meanwhile, contemporary building organizations orient their changes to the Smart manufacturing and the automated environments.
