Relaciones Entre Apego del Padre, Participación Paterno y Apertura al Mundo
Resumen
Este estudio investigo la relación entre el apego del padre, el involucramiento paterno y la apertura al mundo, en la perspectiva del padre de niños. Participaron del estudio 171 padres de niños entre 4 y 6 años de edad. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: Cuestionario sociodemográfico, Cuestionario de Involucramiento Paterno (CIP), Cuestionario de Apertura al Mundo (CAM) y la Escala de Apego Adulto (EAA). El análisis de datos mostró que los padres con apego seguro se involucran de forma más predominante en actividades de estímulo al riesgo y dedicarse en los cuidados básicos con el niño, cuando comparados con los padres que presentan un apego inseguro, dicha diferencia se mostró estadísticamente significativa. Se evidenció que los padres que desarrollaron un apego seguro se sienten más confiados para incentivar a sus hijos a explorar el ambiente y desarrollar actividades desafiadoras, dándoles seguridad y promoviendo autonomía, al paso que también se consideran preparados para cuidar del niño, alimentándola, dándole baño, llevándola a la escuela, entre otras actividades.
