This article aims to identify, through bibliographic and qualitative search, the changes that occur in the sexual relationship, focusing on the enduring marriage. To that, set up about the concepts of sexuality and conjugality, investigates the genre issues and how process the intimacy and conjugality eroticization. As well, seeks to identify what are the contribute factors that maintenance of active sexual life. Understanding that sexuality is part of the individual, helps to the personal identity formation, and its healthy living is linked to the psychological well-being and personal satisfaction. It also this discuss the sexuality existence on the enduring marriage, trying to valorize the many ways of its expression and demystify the labels of sexual relationship from older people.
